Rotech offers a high level of patient care; they offer decent benefits and time off. If you have strong sales numbers they completely leave you alone.

Cons

Where do I start. We receive only $400 for our monthly expenses which is nothing, most reps spend a significant amount money out of their own pockets each month to remain competitive. I am one of the top reps in our area and region and I know I make less than the mediocre reps from our competitors in my area. Our pay scale and commission structure is totally demotivating.

Advice to Senior Management

Open up the commissions to the reps, we bring in the business!! The reps are constantly feeling nickeled and dimed by a poor commission structure, low salary and limited monthly expense.
