I have been working at Rural King
Pros – fast pace, friendly, varatiy of product avaliable, great hours, great discount
Cons – very busy with seasons change, no saturdays off, training opertunits are not always avaliable
Advice to Senior Management – when making desisions think of everyone not just the few involved, playing favorites won't always get you what you want
Yes, I would recommend this company to a friend
