Pros – Company culture - respectful of all positions, from the guy who sweeps the floor to top management, everyone is treated equally. Good pay. Great opportunity for advancement. Work hard and be rewarded - not an environment of "playing favorites". Good benefits, excellent profit sharing and 401k match. Excellent, accessible senior management.

Cons – Sales positions start at low pay, with potential to earn well with hard work and patience.

Advice to Senior Management – Keep up the good work. Best employer I've ever worked for, bar none.
