Thank you for your feedback. We are sorry to hear the plans were too expensive for you when you were employed with us. It must have been quite some time ago since we do pay more than 80% of the monthly plan premium for our employees' coverage.

They share more of the cost than a lot of other employers and couldn't ask for more on that. However, the family rate for insurance is $1040 per month! I would have to have a subsidy to afford this as that is price is half of my monthly net income. Not affordable at all.
