I have been working at AnswerFirst full-time (Less than a year)
* Very flexible scheduling.
* Co-Workers, Management and back office. The staff is so helpful and friendly and welcoming.
* Great pay.
* Work from home.
* Help and support when you need it.
The only thing I can even think of is maybe just the technical requirements. You need to have a dual monitor setup, backup battery, USB headset and webcam (just for training and meetings) and dedicated space. If you don't have the PC requirements it can be a little expensive to get everything that you need, but it is SO worth it!
Advice to Management
Keep up the great job! I love it here, I have worked quite a few different places, but no place has ever felt like "home". This job feels like home and I can't wait to work with everyone for years to come!!

The job listing was posted through an online job hiring site. My resume was reviewed and I was called in for an interview. The process was a two step interview. Once with the head of HR the second interview was with the head of the department.
