Thank you for your feedback. As you know our level up training is not required. The option to complete level up training is made available to anyone who qualifies. The added skill when you level up gives you an increase in pay and the ability to handle more client account calls. We provide the training material which is studied at your own pace. When you are logged into our system working with a trainer to demonstrate your skills that is paid as part of our hourly guarantee for time worked. Based on employee surveys, the minimal time to study independently was the preferred choice versus waiting to attend a training class on a set day and time that may not work with their schedule.
