This is interesting, because a lot of it is done through self training. Too much of it seems to be done via online, very boring people talking to you.
The training you get from people you’re around though, is thorough, and patient.

Job training all depends on ho delivering the training. My first boss wasn't very helpful. He'd say 'where did you look, who did you talk to, and let's share that with the team.' Later I found out that he had no idea, and frankly shouldn't have been promoted to manager, and wanted us as new employees to figure out the answers on our own. My second manager had been with company over 20 years, so he had many more answers to questions, thus kept me from wasting time searching.
