Pros
The company's mission statement and CEO. They really want to help and bring healthcare into the 21st century but are unfortunately lead by an inexperienced technology leadership.
Cons
Technical leadership does not seem to have any experience with actually delivering software at scale. Suffers from the NIH syndrome (Not Invented Here). Technical leadership plays favorites and will jump to conclusions without even seeking to understand the full picture of a given situation. If you disagree with a favored employee be prepared get fired without warning. Don't expect to work here for only 40hrs but that is pretty standard for startups.
