      Pros

      Wedding exposure, learn about flowers and design and how to deal with different vendors.

      Cons

      Low payment and very high expectations, no justification for that. Lack of professional management, zero patience, no mentorship. Very low respect- makes you doubt your self esteem. No social life, basically, if you have other options better.

      fast pace, get to know lots of different things

      Cons

      low pay but overloaded work, management is loose. Unflexible working hours, need to take care of things on weekends as well. no work/life balance. No Benefits, no nothing.
