Executive management lacks vision and business acumen, makes questionable investments with zero business plan or market research and then changes direction at the drop of a hat leaving employees to scramble to adjust to chasing the new "shiny object" before the old shiny object is even complete. High school clique mentality at the top means favourites get played no matter their actual value or contribution, and ATB has become uber woke to the detriment of spending actual time and money on contributing to the future success of the franchise.
