The company is trying to do the right things such as investing in new and current equipment. Has newish leadership with great and exciting energy

Stuck attempting to relive the past (much larger company). The union environment hurts production/safety/and work ethic more than it helps. The company believes their benefits are excellent when in fact they are outdated. This includes salary/insurance/and PTO

Seen this place kill more marriages and relationships then I care to talk about you’ll miss out on allot of birthdays holidays etc. everyone I. The plant is lazy and worried about what the next person is doing trying to get out of doing anything and they gossip like high school kids. A lot of sitting time means 85%of everyone out here is overweight so gunna have to watch what you packing for lunch.

Good benefits, fair pay, good people. Had a great team. The intern program is great in terms of events, community involvement, and networking opportunities.
