      Pros

So many Pros to speak of. Just too many. With the right contract you can apply and accepted into a contract in a couple of days. NEW TO THE PLATFORM!! Paid training PLUS homework. Also some contracts are offering extra bonus. My first one offered $50 for every week I had all my homework completed on time and did a certain number of hours during training. The pay for the class is a bit over the federal minimum wage but still.. NO need to have a llc.You can sign up as a sole proprietor. Daily pay. Also is in partner with offering some health insurance. Many pros. I got laid off from my job april 30th on a friday. Sat I signed up for arise and after a evaluation was accepted with a contract offered right then. I accepted the contract and went through a evaluation with them and passed. I had my drug test and background check that tuesday. The training started about 4 weeks later and lasted 4 weeks with blended taking calls near the end. After passing the certification had about 8 weeks of jump start taking calls and being assigned a SR that kept up with me and my progress. There were also many extra meets covering a number of subjects to help learn about the contract. Also because of the volume of calls there was power hour getting extra bonus pay a interval on some days mostly mondays. This greatly increased your hourly pay and made a nice bump in your check. The program while having specific stats and metrics you had to meet gave you time to get better and improve with lots of meets to answer questions. You do not need to have experience taking calls but it can help. Be ready to learn the program policy and procedures and have it down. There is opportunity to be upgraded to another level if you become a expert in a short time. I did my evaluation, training and first few weeks while getting unemployment and reporting my pay and also filling out applications for other jobs as required. I only got 2 call backs from the many applications and no job offers. I think I landed on my feet with this program. Look into having a separate room for a dedicated office and get a simple office deduction. Its $6 a sf up to 300sf monthly deduction. See how much no taxes you will and will not be paying.

      Cons

They changed the platform fee to 5% from the 19.95 fee every pay cycle. After being accepted into a contract the training usually starts in about 3-4 weeks. Not great if you are wanting to start making money quickly. In the contract I am in the call program has on queue and off queue. When on a call don't be in off queue. You will not be paid.Wait till the call is ending to put in off Queue. There is no after call time for additional notes. Look into the contracts and verify there are enough hours available. You may after choosing hours have to keep a eye out for more but it needs to be active. I got into a contract that after the initial hours chosen there were very few left to get at all. Completely dead and I didn't get to reach my minimum needed. And they were still hiring more people. Just didn't work for me and I got out.
