      Pros

      Managers, Coworkers family like, company vehicle, permanent fulltime position with good benefits and decent pay; not a contract or 3rd party like a lot of IT jobs tend to be. You don't necessarily need a lot of IT qualifications to do this job just be familiar with pos equipment and able to follow knowledge base instructions and able to troubleshoot.

      A lot of driving and working in grocery stores equipment can get dirty so gloves and or washing hands will be needed.

      completely ignores front line workers massively understaffed pay and benefits lag behind industry zero communication filling store management positions with anybody equipment and infrastructure crumbling
