      Pros

work from home, flexible hours when you can get work

      Cons

When slow season becomes every season, there's no reassurance that we'll keep our jobs. Simultanuously higher-ups somehow manage to find a way to pile on more and more work with NO bump in pay. Over a year of employment and no signs of upward mobility in sight. Extremely disappointed with all that was promised disappearing without a trace.

      Pros

referrals I guess? work from home?

      Cons

Terrible pay and unethical in many ways. They have PRETEND clients to test therapists!! They have an actor portray themselves as a client to test the therapist and never disclose which clients were the ACTORS!!! They publish and advertise therapists in directories to get business to BH without our consent or knowledge. VERY misleading about compensation. They use recruiters who basically do false advertising. They tell you you will be paid $30-$70 per hour but they count a session as 45 min and you get paid nothing if you go over. No matter how many hours I worked it's impossible to get to $70. The rate re sets every week so for most sessions therapists get paid around $22 per session and there is no reason they should quote their pay PER HOUR when it is normally per session every other place in the professional world of therapy!!!!! They say you'll get paid for messaging but the pay is a joke. Literally cents. (Regular rates for therapists are around at least $150 per session). I thought it would be ok but it's not. Disgusting. I started and was already engaged with clients before I realized how overworked and UNDERPAID I was. Impossible benchmarks to meet and they offer these little bonuses you will NEVER see. You will never speak to a human who works at better help besides when they're trying to get you to work there. It's an ok opportunity for someone right out of graduate school but even then I'd stay away. There are many other online platforms to work for with over 4 times the pay. Zero room for growth. Just the weekly re set and if you do a good job no one at BH cares or even knows! They say the reviews are private but then publish them online. Just terrible. They published things I wrote for them without my consent and used my picture to advertise for them without my knowledge or consent. This company will not last! But the ppl high up don't care as long as they keep raking in the millions while the therapists work for nothing.

      Amazing experience!

      Cons

The pay rate could be improved.
