What is the salary like at Boston Pizza?

Boston Pizza has an inclusive culture, hires people from all skill levels, backgrounds and education. Employees are generally well trained and management does a good job.

The pay is minimum wage, and like any other restaurant, there isn't a lot of work to do until summer to fall season. So expect frequent and temporary layoffs.

No direction. Cliquey management. HR is a joke. Different regions seem to try to actively sabotage others.
