Nice people, decent benefits, lots of different projects to be placed on, free to work from anywhere in the US.
Cons
Once you're on a team, you're stuck there. There's no moving teams. There is no room to move up, almost no one ever gets promoted and annual salary increases have been getting smaller or non existent. Low transparency with the health of the company.
