The benefits are great, the pay is good, and your coworkers can turn into family.

The past year has not been what Brookfield has been about and the culture they talk about so much. They have cut budgets dramatically. They promise you will get your bonus when you get promoted, but you're lucky to even get the end-of-the-year bonus due to the unrealistic budget given for each year.

People are generally very kind, has good work life balance and decent benefits. You would have a decent employer name on your resume.

A very clear majority of caucasian upper management in the office, and I have heard that cases of racism/sexist comments have been raised before. Pay was less than industry average, and some employees (even in management positions) want to leave the company. This company is very much so the epitome of 'we see our colleagues as family', but does not like promoting employees from within, unless you are one of management's "favourites".

They offer very competitive benefits and pay. Overall it's a solid property management company to work for.

Your property could likely be part of a REIT, which means you'll live and die by the investor dividend. Your budget can get slashed and you'll either have to deal with it or leave.

Good benefits and package, state good values but not carried by senior management.

Nepotism and micromanagement are rife within this company. Senior Management are belligerent and obstruct progress. Incompetent Directors.
