What are perks and other benefits like at Bunzl?

The work environment is good and people are nice.

It is in the middle of nowhere, hard to get there if you don’t drive. Benefits could be a lot better, and could be more flexibility about remote working for people that live far.

There's some great people working there. Thats what makes this place tolerable. The benefits package is decent and there are lots of opportunities to move up.

Salaries are well below market rate. Too much micromanagement. Toxic managers are allowed to operate with impunity. Work-life balance has decreased.

Great company with good benefits. Management is great with employees. Pay is very good . Lots of good people that are friendly.

Lots of gossip but if you keep to yourself, you will be fine.

Upper management sometimes takes a while to provide answers

Lots of great people to work with. Depending on the job, it was always enjoyable to come to work every day.

Terrible culture with upper leadership. If you're looking for support, you won't find it. Management sets you up for failure then blames the employee. Some MVP's don't provide any benefit to branches, still wonder what their actual responsibilities are. Benefits are nothing to rave about and if you're looking to climb the ladder, favoritism runs deep for a small group of people. Each situation can be different, all depends on the branch you work at.
