Nice environment all fresh graduates if you went to uni in lebanon you will meet a lot of people you may have seen around town, management is very good and will listen to you and help out it is also a chill environment compared to other workspaces in lebanon

The basic salary they offer is low compared to other new grad jobs around town but still better than a lot of the rest so overall its alright

It’s a good company they offer good benefits apart from salary like internet broadband bills and Sodexo for food and groceries and salary hikes are decent above market standards and also if company performance is good they provide year end bonus like 1 month of your salary in one go in performance hikes also they provide one time bonus and we work on India timings night shifts are not much even if yes it is on a rotational basis. They offer good transport facilities and work culture is good.

No car parking facility very limited and also the security is too much they monitor you like as if you are a thief.. distance Ambattur can be tough for people to arrive unless your close by and if you are purely into IT then you won’t feel this as an IT environment and culture is not a typical IT mindset. Sometimes you feel there is a slight micro management is there. no proper policies defined as they are still evolving.
