Good starting wage and staff are friendly and work well in a team setting.

If you approach them with an issue or advocate for yourself then management fires you without cause. You have no prior forewarning and no way to discuss issues. There is no feedback from anyone. The same individual who fires you says they are going to look into things and help you but they don't. If you go against her views she just lets people go. No opportunity to find out what you may have done wrong or to help you improve. They do this to people who have been with the company for years. Not an employer that you can trust.

The company upheld its contractual commitments with contractors and demonstrated punctuality in payment. The workplace culture fostered strong camaraderie among colleagues, making interaction effortless. Working with this team was a truly positive experience.

The company failed to adjust salaries in accordance with inflation and showed negligence towards contractors, resulting in numerous lost rights and benefits, even that the efforts to make the changes were enourmous.

Employees are managed by Military personnel. The company's focus is entirely one way - what does the Military need? They do not care about their employees - we're all just butts in seats.
