As parts coordinator, you spend a lot of time keeping the vendors, parts, techs and estimator making money. Bonuses upon bonuses for them. Parts person get paid a terribly low hourly wage with a huge amount of responsibility load and no perks. Everyone else around you will make good money due to your work.

No room for advancement. No vacation time, you accrual approximately 45 mins a week for PTO, very low pay, ask GM about raise after year anniversary and they ignore you. They want you to work you butt off for what little pay you get. Would not recommend anyone to apply here.
