What is paid time off like at Caliber Collision?

Not a whole lot to say

No room for advancement. No vacation time, you accrual approximately 45 mins a week for PTO, very low pay, ask GM about raise after year anniversary and they ignore you. They want you to work you butt off for what little pay you get. Would not recommend anyone to apply here.

Great culture that prioritizes engagement; It is a family-friendly environment, so leadership is understanding of the need to work from home on certain days.

There can be increased trust and communication between Corporate and the centers. Also, there are fewer paid holidays, so one has to be strategic to plan time off.

Breakfast on Fridays. Flexible PTO for salaried employees. Weekly pay.

Everything is urgent all the time. People are overwhelmed and often don’t feel appreciated. Decisions don’t seem strategic because it is not clear if they are tied to a long term vision. Burnout is unavoidable. Leadership is not respectful of leadership in other departments.

You enjoy your days with your team, it can be really fun.

Company wants numbers, requires to do work outside your position without any extra benefits. No PTO.

Pay is ok, health insurance is great, you meet plenty of new ppl due to HIGH turnover rate

-Management uses your bereavement days and PTO days without your permission. Unethical and fraudulent. -Health insurance is awesome but don't expect to be taken care of if you need to use your Short Term Disability. -If you have to use FMLA or ADA, expect to live out of your savings. They will find a way to deny you your benefits. -ZERO communication or accountability skills. - EVERYONE above GM operates on prioritizing insurance company methodology over every aspect. - Caliber wants all repairs done their way, regardless of what manufacturers require. Even when you show them manufacturers requirements, they will not have Insurance pay for proper procedures. -no advancement opportunities Etc, etc. Horrible shop experience in my 20yrs.
