Pros
Experience sewing outerwear would be the only plus.
Cons
Minimal growth opportunities, 7 month probation period until you can receive benefits, NO sick days even though it is unionized, employee discount on company website is available to less than 10% of the items. The biggest con would be the pay (one dollar above minimum wage). They entice you with the idea of piece work (paid by piece) but it is an industry scam. Ladies would try to sew during their breaks to make extra money, unfortunately they still wouldn’t. This business model is designed for max efficiency NOT quality, which this company prides itself on.
