It’s good to hear that you’re benefitting from our hybrid-working approach. We believe it provides the flexibility that our people like, whilst ensuring that we still deliver the best possible outcomes for our customers. Rather than offering a one-size-fits-all approach, employees are encouraged to discuss with their managers the potential for a hybrid working arrangement, as long as their role and work allows it and they have considered the roles of their customers, team and the wider business.
We’re also glad that you highlighted our diverse and inclusive culture as a positive aspect of working for us. We believe in enabling everyone to be their true self and to do their best work in a workplace environment that fosters a sense of belonging for everyone.
In terms of pay and benefits, we firmly believe in recognising people for the contribution they make and doing all we can to reward the efforts of our people. A pay review takes place once a year where we look at: the amount we can pay (the budget), comparison to peers, etc., the individual’s contribution (to their team, function, and Computacenter) and finally their behaviours. All in all, we believe that our culture, office environment, salary and benefits, when considered together provided a competitive offering for our people.
