You get a free gym membership

Low pay at all levels unless you hustle to bring in revenue for the gym, you only bonus at asst general manager and general manager levels, no benefits, it’s fine if it’s a first job or an entry into the workforce, but there are no real guarantees of advancement unless you go out and sell memberships and business accounts every day. Marketing at a $15/hr level for a company that has the budget to market themselves seems lazy to me and working for them showed me that the way they run their company is in fact lazy.

This job will teach you to hustle and fend for yourself, but probably the best personal trainer manager and coworkers I’ve ever worked with. Everyone is very encouraging and willing to help you achieve your goals. I will miss all of them!

Pay! Good luck making more than 30% commission the first few months of employment.

Design your own schedule for the most part. Consultations are booked for you so you aren't forced to do floor pulls. Chance to be physiotherapy assistant at some locations so you can be busier.

Very low below average pay compared to industry standard. Lots of unpaid time through scheduling and designing programming. Low commission of 5%. Poor turnover rate with front desk leads to lack of traffic to personal trainers.

This was a great gym that had a lot of great coworkers and management. Business here was always really good as well as it's a great area.

Pay was pretty good compared to other gyms, but the amount of hours and the amount needed to sell and work to get full benefits was really high. Also management did change and kind of went down a lot.
