DBS has one of the best benefits for staff and the culture is great. In love with agile working and the team spirit and collaboration is what I enjoyed most.

Worse manager of all times; micromanages and talks down to you. Doesn’t have empathy towards staff. I left because of her, not because of the job. HR didn’t do much on the incidences reported.
