      Pros

No meetings after 12 every Friday Remote employee discount on all DBI brands

Bosses are bosses and not "leaders" I got a new boss who put me on a PIP within 30 days. No action items to improve on before hand, no collaboration, they just went straight to HR.

First Job (looking elsewhere at the 4 month mark)

      Sales associate
      Current employee
      Davie, FL
      Recommend
      CEO approval
      Business Outlook

      Pros

My coworkers are great and the job is fairly easy once you get used to it. A couple managers are amazing and really will become your rock when dealing with difficulties. You control your availability since managers don't have access to it (they can still decline it unfortunately). Good for a first job but only for 6 months so look for another job at the 4 month mark.

      Cons

May has longer hours for no reason. Managers in higher positions suck and don't want to be out on the floor. They claim to care about your scheduling but they don't. They have a habit of trying to get you to come in the same day when a shift has to be covered. The pay is abysmal and you get no real benefits. Also, new manager came in when I was hired and started trying to change everything which made it hard to do my job. She's also trying to weed out a bunch of people even though we are understaffed no wonder the other store she was at shut down.
