      Pros

DTE Energy is a great place to work. Very professional and they do look after their employees health, safety and work/life balance. The benefits are very nice and the large campus allows you to find your place. My co-workers have become my best friends at work, we look out for each other.

      Cons

Not really a con, but you own your own career. Meaning, you have to find your advancement opportunities. Many jobs are not posted so it would help to have a mentor who can guide you in your career development.
