I’m underpaid. The amount of work from week to week fluctuates drastically, my difference in paycheck amounts is sometimes up to 600$. I’m supposed to get a raise every year. I’ve asked/complained to DM, regional manager and HR. It’s been 2 years and still no raise. I pick up slack and extra work when I’m asked and drive further than my territory to work when asked and like I said, still no raise. No bonuses and no PTO.

Ample work-from-home schedule (3-2 days a week depending on the time of year) * note* That this is being reduced to 1 day at the beginning of the year. Easy/ simple job with not that many work requirments/ meetings.

No performance management for employees who are under preforming- leads to people who actually do their job to have to pick up all the slack while the person underperforming keeps underperforming. No one one-on-ones or performance reviews - no yearly raises (even to adjust for inflation) Poor benefits- no materinity leave only short or long term disability only 11 days PTO and no sick days.

Able to make your own schedule and hours as long as you get your work completed. No micro managing. Weekends and holidays off.

Extremely low pay, no benefits, low pay for mileage. As each year passes by, they expect the same amount of work done in less time, yet no pay raises.
