How is diversity at Duolingo?

I've had the rare opportunity to work for some of the best employers in the world and feel incredibly lucky to have found and been hired by Duolingo. Senior leadership, high levels of collaboration across functions, innovative, brilliant and KIND people, interesting work, incredible benefits, and great workplace are some of the strengths I would share. There are many more to share but it depends on who you are and what you value.

We need to continue to work to improve the diversity of our organization. Some people don't like being in office but I see the value and think it is one of our super powers and we are well cared for while we are in the office.
