Awful management, HR is clueless, targeting certain individuals, no pipeline, old products they charge 30k a month for

Great Benefits that the company covers a large portion of.

Overworked but underpaid and no work life balance. Chaotic work environment and policies as they are outsourcing most US positions overseas. Efficiency is decreasing and remaining US employees are picking up additional work for lack of successful implementation of the outsourced departments.

Commuting & parking benefits, lunch subsidy, team’s autonomy (not company autonomy) to work as we need to. Being treated as a professional adult by my managers.

The commute; company micro-managing almost every aspect of the day-to-day; some new processes are not well thought out - e.g. no foresight.
