What are perks and other benefits like at Einstein Bros. Bagels?

I have an amazing gentle manager. She’s very compassionate and caring and she’ll work with you anyway she can and she will go to bat for you. She cares about her employees.

Now the pay is nowhere in your accurate to where it’s claiming to be. I only make $14 an hour. I’m struggling so bad that I’m having to do payday loans and I can’t get out of the hole because I can’t get no more than 15 hours a week as an employee because they’re too cheap to pay more it also makes it where an employee cannot get no benefits so all the way around employees are getting screwed really bad and we work hard. I get that everybody’s got a company to run, but the end of the day your company would not be nowhere without the employees.

Just like any other food service industry restaurant/eatery. High stress, low pay. Turnover is insane. Even teenagers dont want to work part time. No benefits or even discounts on benefits -- you want insurance/dental/vision? Pay for it yourself -- only the pedophile district managers get them. Pedophilia/Sexual harassment of minors is tolerated at Einstein too -- you wont believe how common it is. Keep your daughters away from this place.
