      There is a comprehensive training program for people new to this career path. The management team is open to providing support and answering questions even if they are not necessarily your direct manager. The office environment is supportive of wanting everyone to succeed as a team.

      The compensation structure more variable which could be difficult if you are relying on a consistent paycheck but is not really a con if you know how to plan ahead and manage your expenses.
