- on-call can be really intense depending on the team, for example Email, and Auctions are both insane
I have been working here for quite some time now and as time goes on, I am finding it harder and harder to find any reason to stay. The Agency Team works very hard and this past quarter was a volatile time in the insurance industry. Because of everyone on this team we made it through due to a lot of dedication and hard work. Other than some thank yous - we have received no bonuses AND little to no merit raises. This is no way to treat the employees who are on the front lines saving your business every day. Disheartening and discouraging.
