      Recommend
      CEO approval
      Business Outlook

      Pros

      Good benefits and good pay

      Cons

One of those environments where you have to kiss up to get favors and promotions. They pull you into meetings if you use your sick time too much and even though it’s your sick time they do tell you that they can’t ask you not to use it but that you shouldn’t use it too much. It’s so toxic, I had the flu.

Personal Banker II isn’t a good promotion

      Personal banker ii
      Current employee
      Recommend
      CEO approval
      Business Outlook

      Pros

Solid benefits, solid entry level pay, management has been great, good fundamentals, good culture, good entry level training, good entry level bonuses

      Cons

A quarter raise for a promotion is pathetic, train you HR team to have a better answer for it other than “but you have bonuses and the only difference from personal banker is the calls”, that’s not true, in this role you’re expected to be the go-to when the FCM is out, which is quite often. Essentially this position is assistant manager without the money or title. The bonus structure is not very good and only paid out quarterly. Even if you hit your call goal, account goal and loan goal it’s still not very much. Once on the retail side it is difficult to get out, the company doesn’t seem to want to train you for other lines of business

      Great place to work

      Personal banker i
      Current employee

      Business Outlook

      Pros

Pay, paid training, nice work environment, good benefits

      Cons

Hard to move up as new positions are hard to come by.

Loved the company more than the job

      Customer service representative
      Former employee
      San Antonio, TX
      Recommend
      CEO approval
      Business Outlook

      Pros

everyone is friendly, pay is good, and good benefits

      Cons

It really depends on the position you hold. For me the biggest con was the lack of clear direction in a position where the rules were ever changing and when you reached out for clarification you got conflictingly different answers from different supervisors. Nobody seems to be on the same page.
