Pros
So far, I have had a good experience. The Talent Acquisition (TAG) team was highly professional, transparent and supportive all the way from the interviews to the onboarding. They could do all of that, even with internal permissions or exceptions, and kept the communication simple.
The onboarding process was smooth and well planned with thoughtful touches like early allocation of email ID and laptop before joining date. The organization also has a relocation package for employees arriving from other regions, a terrific help.
Fair compensation structure. fixed and variable composition. Transparent bargaining method with a good increase offered.
It is a very process focused organization yet there is still a lot of freedom, e.g. hybrid with 2 days in the office and flexible hours.
Great learning experience with the focus on developing your skills. Leadership is kind and engaging and the culture is open and not really hierarchical.
Cons
The pre-joining process involves detailed documentation and multiple formalities, including submission of past records. While this ensures strong compliance, it can feel quite extensive and time-consuming.
