No proper work from policy,

benefits are good, flexible work culture

Layoff hits early in IT

Work life balance can be difficult sometimes since team is split across US and India time zones

Some departments seem understaffed taking into account the size of the operation. Resources are usually overloaded.

Good management and opportunities to progress

Benefits are not good but work life balance good

Training period is very bad

Culture, boss, free food constantly, C-suite team members, very friendly, good benefits, plenty of functions to join, GEODIS partners with a lot of non-profits to help with their needs, work-life balance

Salary is on the lower side. I mentioned benefits as a Pro, but, I've had better. I'm not saying these are bad either.

Growth, Development, Good management, good benefits.

There is nothing that I dont like.

The only pro is that it provides a paycheck.

Pay could be more competitive. The insurance rates and benefits are HORRIBLE. This company tolerates Sexual harassment- HR will not protect you at all. They sweep it under the rug. They also have a zero tolerance policy for abuse of any kind that is ignored if you know someone or are a favorite. They improperly bill their customers. They tolerate religious discrimination. They did not have hand washing stations readily available or decent bathroom facilities. At one point, an employee was told that they had to go to the gas station to relieve themselves. The bathrooms were so far away that an elderly employee soiled themselves because they couldn’t make it on time and he was pointed because he had to go home to change. They don’t follow their own policies and will doctor your points. An employee was allowed to scream at a supervisor, refused to go home when she was told and the supervisor got into trouble and had to quit. This is NOT a good company to work for and you will not grow or progress unless you know someone. I told them twice about roaches being present in a food grade warehouse and nothing was done about it.
