What is working from home like at GNC?

The company has little to know respect for its employees at this point. They use very outdated systems/tech in stores and corp level, almost every idea they run with is bad and not thought out in the slightest. Upper management / corp management are cold and careless.

Chill work environment nice flexible WFH schedule decent PTO

No ability to purchase additional PTO if needed interesting management... pay could be better but not awful

Work from home, free gym membership

No bonus and limited opportunity for advancement within Finance department

Wfh available sometimes, Attendance flexibility

Very toxic, Very less appraisal, No work life balance

Close to home. Location is safe.

Unrealistic expectations and goals. No time to properly train new hires. Constant turn over due to low pay and no raises for part time employees.
