They use a tracker to follow your screen movements and work time. They are dishonest about how much they pay labellers, with hourly wages varying from labeler to labeler. I knew a labeler that started at 85/hour, and another that started at 100/hour.

The company has a great and well-known solution in the market. So, it is a fun space to work in. My colleagues are some of the greatest I've worked with in my career. Flexible WFH policy.

It's a volatile time to work here right now. We all feel the pressure of racing to be the first end-to-end solution to make it big in our space. This equates to consistent long hours/weeks and constant fire drills. Lots of turnover and rapid leadership changes causing concern throughout the entire company. Pay and career mobility needs significant improvement. Drastic culture change shock.
