Favoritism among staff, impossible to schedule shifts, any cancelation of a shift results in never being able to schedule one again, horrible tips, lowering base pay arbitrarily

- favouritism - guilt trip you into working for other stores in different locations - not enough hours even if you are on a contract - work load is insane - never enough people of shift due to ‘budget cuts’
