      Pros

I'll start by noting the great workplace culture, which focuses strongly on work-life balance. The flexible hours and the supportive management make this an ideal place for personal and professional growth. My teammates are smart and collaborative, and it's a pleasure to work with them. The company offers abundant opportunities for learning and career advancement, and the comprehensive benefits package proves its commitment to employee well-being.

      Cons

There are limited career growth opportunities in some departments.

      Pros

There are some great people at this company

      Cons

PE has ruined everything. The pay is substandard, the communication and transparency from leadership is lackluster, and the benefits are extremely minimal. Things are always changing internally, and not in a healthy way.

      Pros

Some good, passionate people who truly care about delivering value to clients.

      Cons

Recently announced no bonuses for the year; questionable (at best) leadership who are not aligned on strategy or messaging when changes occur; slashing benefits; lagger in terms of industry benchmarks, heavily scoped In the public sector which makes the company particularly susceptible to federal policy and regulation changes; culture and morale has taken a nosedive; heifers inconsistency with in-office expectations across regions; silent layoffs; many consultants don’t feel supported in finding work and are out on notice of impending termination if spend greater than 2 weeks without a project; fairly recent Bain acquisition has executive suite hyper focused on growth and profit margins, pushing employee development to the wayside.
