What is the salary like at Hawthorne Residential Partners?

Great culture. Tried and true processes.

Upper management doesn't always listen to employees onsite. They make a decision against onsite recommendation, then when it doesn't work, they will revert to the recommendation and leave onsite to explain flip flop to residents.

Very supportive, good pay, great work environment.

The only thing I could consider a con is that we are growing (quickly at times) and could potentially have or hire more employees to support that growth, both on the corporate and regional levels. I do see this in the works, but not fully in place YET.

At my level, there can be a lot of travel involved. Also, on some properties, our ability to respond appropriately to repair concerns can be hampered by owners.

Pay was very minimal and there isn’t much diversity on any front in this company. Career growth isn’t a priority here.
