Pros
There are some great individual contributors who work here, and the salary is decent.
Cons
This company is run by extremely unprofessional and out of touch leaders who are all yes-men to the CEO rather than actually creating an environment that fosters professionalism and excellence within the industry. Micromanagement is rampant and enforced with an extremely data-focused KPI structure that, in many cases, is impossible to achieve 100% (goodbye, bonus!) - this also creates an extremely unhelpful group of employees who will not collaborate, as they are purely focused on their own KPIs. Operations at this company are horrendously inefficient, with team members spending upwards of 70% of their time manually tracking and documenting rather than using appropriate task management or financial software. This lead to a large number of inaccuracies across budgets, accounting, tasks, project goals, etc. Leaders in this organization do not communicate with each other, forcing all of the workload on individual contributors who exist in a chaotic and unsuccessful world leading to burnout. And, the few times an employee does succeed, they are rewarded with more work that is outside their job description. Their turnover rate is 3X the industry average for a reason, and dissent is LOUD. Their benefits are well below industry standard, but don't worry, there's flavored creamer and snacks to make up for the lack of PTO and expensive medical insurance.
