Leadership: The Cloud Engineering leadership is knowledgeable and supportive, providing clear direction and support. Growth Opportunities: There are ample opportunities for professional development and career advancement within the Cloud Engineering team.

      Cons

Work-Life Balance: Due to the fast-paced nature of the fintech industry, there can be periods where the workload increases significantly, which may impact work-life balance. Resource Allocation: Sometimes, resources can be stretched thin, especially on high-priority projects, leading to tight deadlines and extra pressure on the team.

      Pros

      Salary at the start.Nothing else.

      Cons

The management practices within this organization are not dependable, and the contributions of hardworking employees often go unrecognized. Promotions and salary increases tend to favor the same individuals repeatedly, leaving little room for genuine career growth. Employees are frequently encouraged to work overtime and on weekends, with such efforts portrayed as the primary measure of dedication. Unfortunately, workplace politics are prevalent, and performance targets are often set at unrealistic levels, seemingly to avoid awarding variable pay or salary Hikes. The management of the product itself lacks proper direction and clarity, which is further complicated by leadership’s unwillingness to set aside personal egos. These factors collectively create an environment that is discouraging for professionals seeking meaningful career advancement. For those considering opportunities here, it may be wise to reflect carefully before making a commitment, as the experience could hinder rather than support long-term career options.
