What is the hiring process like at IHOP?

While working for the old boss: great environment, boss listened to employees, good hours and pay New boss: got a lawsuit letter that he was stealing money from servers tips or checks, hired mediocre management, place was filthy, got shut down from health department.

I can't speak on the place since 2022. I've heard they hired all new staff and management. I see they are fairly busy during peak hours. So maybe new management fixed the place up. Prior to 2022 horrible lazy employees but that was due to management not giving them responsibility upfront.
