It's a job with a paycheck

Retaliatory executive and HR leadership, poor integrity and ethics, lack of structure and operational knowledge, lots of politics, resistant to change in order to keep employees and drive business results, terrible benefits, low pay all around. Lots of employee and leader attrition. CEO Shane and Mitul are both non responsive to ethical and integrity concerns within their leadership team. Lack of action shows their acceptance of this culture they have created.

Easy to get a job fast if necessary

No bathroom breaks allowed, terrible management, constant fear of bpo failing and losing our jobs, low pay

Pros is that they offer competitive salary and promotion is slightly quick

The company has a variety of programs and they offer a good pay depending on you English level and the program they hire you for.

They only pay the hours you're connected. That means that your break and lunch is time off. There is no additional benefits besides law's.
