Salary was low. They hire you as a level 2 but you end up doing level 2 and 3 and supervirors work as well.

Lacks direction Work ebbs and flows. Either have nothing to do or you're drowning in it. Be prepared to do work not within your scope/what you were hired for. Been here a year and I often don't know what I'm supposed to be doing until I am randomly assigned something.
