What is a typical working day like at JOEY Restaurants?

When out in a manager level position you have a lot of say in store operations along with the salary staff. You are also out on a professional development plan because they very much care about developing you within the business.

They definitely do things their way. Shift managers are often taught to “coach” other FOH staff. Your own style can definitely be applied to this but it is easy to seem like you are looking for faults in other FOH staff.

Very well structured, typically smooth operations, clean space, good people to work with, excellent shift leads

Tendency to overschedule and under hire, managers not very interactive or caring of low ranking staff
