It is a place to learn a variety of different disciplines in a fast paced and dynamic work environment. The people are down to earth and personable, and care about your personal life. The work gives you something new to do every day so it never gets boring, and is fulfilling as the projects go on.

Long hours and many days worked. 10 hour days is a minimum at Kiewit, and weekends are worked as needed more often than not. High intensity work environment, and challenging day to day. The worst part about working at Kiewit on the road is you tend to be at work more than your personal at home life.
