What is the hiring process like at LTIMindtree?

Interview process is and hiring process is very quick.always ask for joining bonus.

Work culture was not good. No good hike or increament.

Had the best training experience over there in SQL and communication skills. The interview process was good and easy. CTC was decent as a fresher.

This company is a breeding ground for unethical practices and a complete disregard for employee well-being. Job seekers beware. At some point your former and current employees will grow sick of your methods and you will have PIP on your hands here in Poland.
